 Where Have We Been?! It's been a while!  Wow, we've not posted a blog for nearly a week now which isn't like us! It's just been a hectic week and we didn't have much time to type one up but let me update you on our week 😊 I've been working on the weekends recently so trying to cram in work, AMAT Culture work and seeing friends and family has been quite difficult. On Saturday we had to go and get a food shop done as we had literally nothing in the house. Matt hates food shopping but I LOVE it! Love picking out what fresh fruit and veg we're going to have, I like having a mooch around to get new meal ideas or snack ideas. I'm also really picky with chicken so going into a shop and picking a decent looking pack of chicken breasts is a must for me. Don't get me wrong, online food deliveries are great if you don't have the time or can't get out but I don't like that you can't look at the products and choose which one you want.  Matt and ...

 The Great British Bake Off You know it's officially the colder seasons when The Great British Bake Off starts and if you're like me, you LOVE it! For me, Bake Off is such a comfort. Put it on in the evenings and sit down with a nice cuppa (milk and two sugars for me, please)! It's also one of those shows that never disappoints. You know what you're getting, amateur bakers competing to win the show by making beautiful, tasty looking bakes, fresh from the oven.  This years Bake Off is definitely not a disappointing series, not yet anyway. Everyone seems great! They all come across really lovely and almost like one big family and it's always nice to see when they help each other out. Now I'm only on biscuit week, which is week 2, but everyone seems to be doing quite well! I always remember when I was younger my dad loved car boot, we all have memories whether good or bad of our parents but the best ones I have had with my dad is of car boots and other events alike. I learned all my bartering skills from watching him, I'd never tell him this but the reason I'm good at anything to do with bartering and getting deals is because of watching him. My dad wasn't a great teacher but that is not his fault, he didn't have the best upbringing, so he has never been shown or lived with a father who has done what he has done for me, whether he knew what he was doing or not.  Matt and I We post a lot about our daily lives and achievements with the business on here, but you probably don't know a lot about Matt and I in general!  Our Relationship Matt and I have been together for just over two years (two years and two months to be exact) and what a two years it's been! We met on Tinder and hit it off straight away, chatting daily about everything and anything. It wasn't as easy as it seems though as I'd previously ghosted Matt on Tinder before we started talking for the second time! WHAT IS HAPPENING IN UKRAINE? Some Personal Perspective I first found out about what was really going on with what was happening on Reddit. I personally believe out of all places to find out what is going on and all the different perspectives, I feel Reddit is the one place where all perspectives are shown. Maybe i'm wrong.  I found a lot of information from r/Ukraine, this place has a wealth of knowledge but also the side that is never shown but the National media I believe is very corrupt on what we see as citizens.  Fresh Perspective The true extent of what is happening in Ukraine is something I don't think I and other regular UK citizens can ever fathom what is happening. It does worry me seeing all the research from other sources and seeing what Putin and Zelensky are saying and doing.
